Risk Management Module available from February 2012

This new module will enable all IQSMS users to efficiently manage all identified hazards and risks of their organizations. By the very flexible set up of this module, it will be usable for all kinds of aviation companies – airlines, business jet operators, helicopter operators, ground handling companies, airports as well as MROs. Also by the set up of IQSMS Risk Management Module, not only operational risks and hazards can be managed, but all hazards effecting the organization. All identified hazards and risks will be analyzed for avoidance and recovery barriers including the appropriate definition of the risk levels. This ensures advanced pro-active risk management in compliance with ICAO requirements. The module can be used one the one side for the entire organization, but also for certain dedicated projects. With this set up, the module is an effective support for management of change. Whenever applying for new approvals and certification, projects can be established in IQSMS and the results of the risk management sent to the competent authority to support the approval process. Air Arabia signs a contract for IQSMS

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, and Aviation Safety & Quality Solutions (ASQS) signed a contract for IQSMS.

Air Arabia was operating its first flight in October 2003 out of it’s main operating base in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Over the past years two additional hubs in Casablanca, Morocco, and Alexandria, Egypt, were opened. At the present time, Air Arabia Group operates a fleet of 27 new Airbus A320 aircraft and holds an existing order of 44 additional aircraft of the same type. MJETS signs a contract for IQSMS

The Bangkok based executive airline MJets and Aviation Safety and Quality Solutions (ASQS) have signed a license agreement for the web based Safety and Quality Management System software IQSMS.

MJets provides luxurious executive aviation services though a professional team in Thailand. The management has been in the aviation industry and private jet service for decades. Also MJets is not only an executive aircraft operator, but also operates it’s own VIP terminal at Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport (VTBD). On a 2.000 sq ft. executive lounge facility, a relaxing environment, luxurious service including shower facilities and business center for all passengers and pilots is offered. Flight planning and pilot briefing facilities are provided as well as efficient flight dispatch support. Currently MJets is operating its own fleet of 5 executive aircraft, but further growing in the next couple of month. Also with this new customer in the South East Asian region, ASQS has further invested in the local IT infrastructure. By building up a dedicated local server infrastructure, the connection speed for IQSMS customers in the region has been further improved. The new server facilities is located in the heart of Bangkok and directly connected to the internet backbone in Thailand.
