The Quality Management Module supports the entire Quality Assurance process from establishing the yearly audit plan, conducting internal audits, performing the follow up actions after the audits as well as automatic establishing of the compliance list. Every step in the entire audit process is documented with date and time and therefore fully traceable.
IQSMS informs the Auditors and Auditees automatically of due dates to expire and of actions performed by the other part via e‐mail. This ensures that all persons involved in the audit stay permanently up‐to‐date of the status of each finding even without logging in into IQSMS: auditors know automatically when corrective actions have been taken and auditees if their findings have been reviewed and if they have been closed or if further actions are required. In IQSMS, every finding will be risk analyzed in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc. 9859.
