The Reporting Module covers the entire internal process of incident and accident reporting in Operations (Flight, Cabin, Ground), Training, Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance. As especially operations personnel is continously travelling and outside of their home base, IQSMS enables reporting via the following devices:

- Blackberry
- Samsung Galaxy Tab
- Nokia E71
Additionally, for operators equiping their crews with laptops, offline reporting is enabled by a locally installed software. IQSMS takes automatically care that offline entered reports are transferred as quick as possible into the IQSMS database, by independently checking if internet connection is available. As soon as IQSMS detects a working internet connection, the reports are sent immediately.
For the Safety Management, sending Mandatory Reports to the competent authority can be performed directly out of IQSMS. There is no need to save a report on the local drive, IQSMS takes care that the report is sent to the authority via e-mail.
By assigning responsible managers to every report, a traceable corrective action process is guaranteed via IQSMS. By the Automatic Risk Evaluation Process, risk management is made easy in IQSMS and the work load is reduced to a minimum.
