The Ground Operations Module exists of the part
- “Station Surveillance” and
- “Station Assessment”.
With the “Station Surveillance” a permanent surveillance of all outside stations is ensured. A customized check sheet for your organization will be implemented into IQSMS.
By regular auditing of this check sheet by local supervision department or your pilots, permanent monitoring of all your stations is ensured and your central Ground Operations department stays informed of all safety and quality problems as IQSMS is web based and all results are received in real time, even if your stations are at the other side of the world.
With the “Station Assessment” regular audits (yearly or bi-yearly) from the central Quality Management are performed in a standardized format.
In combination of both subsystems, Ground Station Monitoring is ensured and all legal requirements are fulfilled.
