Integrated Quality and Safety Management System
(IQSMS)
IQSMS is an integrated and web based Safety, Quality and Risk Management System, based on and in compliance with EU OPS 1, IOSA and ICAO Doc. 9859. As IQSMS was developed by a team with long senior management experience in Safety and Quality Management, special care was given to user friendliness and compliance with applicable regulations.
With its modular concept, IQSMS enables the following tasks to be performed in a user friendly and time saving way:
- Hazard identificaton
- Risk Management
- Reporting, Analysing and Tracking of Corrective Actions
IQSMS offers 5 different modules, which can be combined, used independently or integrated:
- Quality Management Module
- Reporting Module
- FDM Risk Module
- Ground OPS Module
- Flight / Airport Risk Module
To facilitate internal risk management, in IQSMS an Automatic Risk Evaluation Process is incorporated:
With this process, the ICAO risk matrix, defines each event by severity and frequency, automatically pre-selects the correct risk button and recommends the possible risk to the user. Based on that, the risk evaluation process provides fully objective results.
